Saturday, March 27, marked the annual Fayetteville First United Methodist Church’s Great Day of Service, during which 230 church members spread throughout the community to provide direct hands-on assistance to numerous community services organizations.
Among those organizations were the Atlanta Dream Center, Southwest Christian Hospice, Christian City’s Children’s Village, Promise Place, Fayette Youth Protection Home, and the Joseph Sams School.
A total of 10 offsite organizations received volunteer support on March 27.
