Marjorie D. Moseley
Marjorie D. Moseley, 89, Sharpsburg, formerly of Fayetteville, died Feb. 9, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond L. Moseley Sr., and a brother, 1st Lt. Clifford Deibler. She was born in Sherrill, N. Y., and was a graduate of Plattsburgh State University. She and her husband were owner-cofounders of Moseley Linoleum & Tile Co., in East Point. She was a longtime member of Fayette Presbyterian Church. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Cliff Haddox officiating. Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Survivors include a daughter, Ann Moseley and Bradford Conley, Sharpsburg; step-children Raymond and Maggie Moseley Jr., Deridder, La., Gwendolyn Moseley and Dick Dickenson, Crossville, Tenn.; a granddaughter, Kristin Conley and Alan Lamble, Walton, Ky.; and a grandson, Michael C. Conley, Sharpsburg. Memorial donations may be given to the Thornwell Children’s Home or Fayette Presbyterian Church Memorial Garden. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.

Patricia A. Lang 
Patricia A. “Pat” Lang, Peachtree City, died Feb. 10, 2010. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Luretha Kee Lang. She was born Nov. 16, 1929 in Asher, Okla. and a nurse in Norman, Okla. until her marriage in 1949. She moved to the Atlanta area and was employed by Avon for 30 years. She enjoyed playing bingo, and watching football, basketball and ice skating. She requested not to have a memorial service which was honored. Survivors include sons Nolan W. and Gail Lang III, Locust Grove, Claud I. and Dana Lang, Defuniak Springs, Fla., Gary W. and Beverly Lang, Carrollton; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Cremation Society of the South, Eagles Landing, was in charge.

Michael David McGuffey 
Michael David McGuffey, Palmetto, died Feb. 12, 2010. He was a 2009 graduate of Arlington Christian School and was employed at Publix in Tyrone. Services were at the Parrott Funeral home chapel with the Rev. Dr. David Hammonds and the Rev. Ron Edwards officiating. Interment was at Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery, Palmetto. Survivors include his parents, David and Nan McGuffey, Palmetto; a sister, Kristen McGuffey, Palmetto; and grandparents, Harold and Nancy Huffmaster, Palmetto, and Gene and Gwen McGuffey, Murrayville, Ga. Memorial donations may be made to Arlington Christian School Football Program, 4500 Ridge Rd., Fairburn, GA 30213. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.

Roy Lynn Edmondson 
Roy Lynn Edmondson, 53, Fayetteville, formerly of Hapeville, died Feb. 13, 2010. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Sam Edmondson. He was  32 year long employee of the Genuine Parts Co. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Dr. Biff Coker officiating. Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Survivors include his mother, Betty Edmondson; a brother, Howard and Cindy Edmondson; a nephew, Brenton Edmondson, Peachtree City; nieces, Brittany Edmondson, and Bethany Edmondson, Peachtree City; aunts and uncles. Charlie Vera Frank
Charlie Vera Frank, 86, died Feb. 9, 2010. She was born July 30, 1923 in Atlanta. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles P. and Vera Lottie Smith, and her husband, Richard P. Frank. She found her name, “Charlie” a source of conversation and even got a draft notice in World War II. She was a prolific reader and also enjoyed driving, wearing out numerous vehicles.  She was a member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Forest Park for over 30 years. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Steven Saul officiating. Survivors include sons Michael and Janet Frank, Douglasville, Kyle and Saundra Frank, Senoia, and Wayne and Ira Frank, Gainesville; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Perry and Della Mae Smith; and a sister, Gwynell Goss. Memorial donations may be given to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Home, 760 Pollard Blvd., Atlanta, GA 30315. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
 
 Marielyn Strickland
 Marielyn Strickland, 77, Fayetteville, died Feb. 13, 2010. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with interment at Oak Hill Cemetery, Newnan. Survivors include sons Wayne Strickland, Concord, and Jeff Strickland, Fayetteville; a daughter, Carol Holland, Senoia; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Carl J.
