Strolling “medieval troubadour” Phil Kelley paused to speak with parishioner Betsy Strickland last Saturday at the Harvest Festival hosted by All Saints Anglican Church in Peachtree City. Kelley and other musicians entertained while shoppers checked out the jewelry, fine art, pies, cakes and handicrafts. Doug and Kelly Abrams played the piano and Kent McVay played the bagpipes.
