Fayette County has a zero-tolerance drug policy for anyone that works for the county. Why does this not apply to our esteemed Board of Commissioners? Are they above the law?
Mr. Horgan has clearly violated the law, his judgment has been impaired, and he has lost the trust of those who elected him and those he was supposed to represent.
I am calling for action from Mr. Smith, the Board of Commissioners chairman, to stand up and intervene and listen to the people of this county and ask Mr. Horgan to resign.
