Ethon and Carla Harper of Senoia announce the birth of their son, Evan Kent Harper, born at 3:17 p.m. on Nov. 29, 2008 at Piedmont Fayette Hospital. Evan weighed 7 lbs. 10 oz. and was 19 inches long. Grandparents are Dave and Diane Lamb of Griffin and Joyce Harper of Lawrenceville.
