Carole Lorraine McIntosh, Union City, died Nov. 17, 2008. She was born Jan. 6, 1938 in Chicago, Ill.
Services were at the Parrott Funeral Home chapel with Minister Les Shell and Minister Tony Sullivan officiating. Interment was at Sharon Memorial Gardens, Tyrone.
Survivors include her husband, Carl McIntosh, Union City; a son, Timothy Andrew and Vicki McIntosh, Dalton; daughters, Pamela and Jack Stevenson, Bluefield, W. Va., Melissa Sue McIntosh, Jonesboro, and Christina and Jeff Lenning, Sharpsburg; a brother, Theodore Fanzlaw Jr., Dunnellon, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Christian City Children's Village, 7345 Red Oak Rd., Union City, GA 30291.
Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
