The FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) and Clayton State University will provide a seminar of how Georgians can protect their savings in today’s tumultuous economic environment through FDIC insurance.

The free, two-hour program is sponsored by Heritage Bank and will include a question-and-answer session.

Penny King, Community Affairs Specialist, FDIC, and Dr. Nikki Finlay, professor of economics, Clayton State University, will present the program this Wednesday night, Oct. 15, 7 to 9 p.m.

The seminar will be at the Fayette Campus of Clayton State University, 1200 Commerce Dr., Suite 210, in Peachtree City.

Space will be limited. Call Barbara Stevens at 770-515-7001 to reserve your seat.

The seminar is sponsored by Heritage Bank, a FDIC member and a state-chartered commercial bank that has served metro Atlanta’s Southern Crescent since 1955.
