Sen. John McCain appeared on the Today Show yesterday morning and continued to promote his idea of a long occupation in Iraq. But whatever merits there may be for his message, his delivery is once again promising to get him into trouble.
When asked if he knew when American troops could start to return home, McCain responded:
"No, but that's not too important. What's important is the casualties in Iraq."
No It's not important to the guys and gals on 3rd or 4th tours.
It's not important to their parent's, wives and kids.
It's not important for the American economy to have $12 billion dollars a month to invest in our country.
The republican's will come up with a buzz word for Obama -- they can't use the obvious one, so it will something spiffy from the Rove playbook like "Radical" or "Leftist"
How about we float one for McCain perhaps "Doddering" as in doddering old fool !
