Stephen Walker of Purdential Georgia Realty is the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) Fayette Chapter 2007 Realtor of the Year. Walker is former president of the Fayette chapter of WCR and currently serves on the governing board. He is former State Treasurer of the Georgia Women’s Council of Realtors, and holds the Performance Management Network (PMN) designation from WCR.
Also honored by the Fayette WCR chapter as 2007 Sponsors of the Year are David Mansour and Cynthia Mansour, Sun Trust Mortgage; and 2007 Affiliate of the Year Clark Cummings, Choice Home Inspections.

Walker also holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Seller Representative (ASR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.

He was the Fayette Board of Realtors 2004 Realtor of the Year, and is the Board’s Vice President of Professional Development. In 2006 he was named Number 6 of some 1,500 Prudential Georgia Realtors for high sales volume.
