Epps columns: Just don’t read them

Recently I read in The Citizen a letter critical of David Epps’ column.

I like Dr. Epps’ column. His is usually the first thing I read. I do not always agree with him, but respect his point of view. One cannot always be right, as I currently am. I once was wrong about something myself!

I suspect that the critic primarily has a problem with God, not Dr. Epps. Why would one read something that they don’t like?

I’ve never met Dr. Epps, but enjoy his column and him. I’ll bet his first thought was, “This person is reaching out.”
