Get ready for another installment of commercial space in Fayetteville along Ga. Highway 54 West.
The city’s Planning & Zoning Commission Tuesday gave thumbs up to more than 29,000 square feet of retail and office space at Hwy. 54 and Tiger Trail.
To be located on 6.25 acres between Hampton Inn and Hwy. 54, the development will consist of two, two-story buildings totaling 11,880 square feet each for office and retail and a one-story retail building at 5,500 square feet.
