Peachtree City United Methodist Church will offer a free sleep disorder workshop at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, led by Keith A. Rowal, M.D., who will discuss sleep problems such as snoring, restlessness, not getting quality rest and others.
The workshop will meet in room 304 at Peachtree City United Methodist Church, 225 Robinson Road.
Sleep disorders affect people of all ages, from children to senior citizens. Discussion on how to take care of these problems, including medical or surgical options, and a time to ask questions will all be a part of the workshop.
Kowal is on staff at the Southern Crescent ENT, PC. He is board certified in otolaryngology — head/neck surgery.
