Another portion of the Olde Towne Tyrone development met with approval by the planning commission Thursday with a unanimous vote on the preliminary site plan for Lot 9, site of a 14,858 square-foot commercial building located along Tyrone-Palmetto Road near Swanson Road.
Representing Burt Clark and Scott Seymour, Trent Ratliff agreed with the conditions of the recommendation, which included adding a multi-use path on the 2.32-acre site, installing a pedestrian walkway for the parallel parking spaces to be located along Tyrone-Palmetto Road and adding a dumpster area and exterior lighting to the plans.
