Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey M. Donaldson of Acton, Mass. announce the engagement of Mrs. Donaldson’s daughter, Amanda Rosanne Russell, to Patrick Robert Munroe, son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Munroe of Framingham, Mass. Miss Russell also is the daughter of Edmund C. Russell, of Goodells, Mich.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Waltham High School and Mount Holyoke College with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and psychology. She worked for Concord Area Special Education for several years before moving to Georgia. She is currently a fourth grade teacher in Fayetteville.
The groom-elect, a graduate of Framingham High School, attended Springfield Technical Community College. He is currently a press operator and second shift supervisor at Label Art in Peachtree City.
Although the couple resides in Georgia, the October 2007 wedding will be held in Massachusetts.
