All About You Balanced Nutrition and Training Lifestyle recently opened a new location within World Gym–Fayetteville. Weight-Management, nutrition, lifestyle and fitness consultations are now offered to the general public and World Gym-Fayetteville members.

The All About You Weight Management Course allows participants to benefit from a custom-designed, one-on-one program based on his or her specific nutritional needs and fitness goals. Clients and members are provided the necessary knowledge and tools to achieve a healthy lifestyle and long term weight control.
