In a changing world, Health Concepts offers creative, wellness health care, helping you to bring your health back into balance while empowering you to reach and maintain optimum wellness.
As a wellness advocate of 26 years, Dr. Veronique Desaulniers, better known as Dr. V, is the founder of Health Concepts in Fayetteville. She will be the first to say, "Our main objective is neither to treat nor diagnose a specific disease. Our goal is to bring the body into balance structurally, nutritionally and emotionally, thus allowing the body to heal naturally."
Dr. Anna Good-buddy, who joined the wellness practice two years ago this fall, added, "The body is like an exquisite symphony. When one instrument is "off" it affects the whole; however when all are attuned and aligned there is harmony."
At Health Concepts, Dr. V & Dr. Anna, both wellness chiropractors, have found that health is multifaceted: the structure of the body, internal biochemistry and energetic or emotional stress. Any lack of balance in one or all of these areas yields "dis-ease", which leads to lack of equilibrium in our lives. "We concentrate on getting to the root of the problem, and that's what we do best," said Dr. V.
"Many of the patients that we have seen over the course of 26 years have informed us that we are their last resort. However, today more and more people are coming here as their first choice for treatment. Thankfully, we have been able to offer hope and health to these people. In many cases their health problems were completely resolved or vastly improved. The doctors and staff at Health Concepts would rather help you seek wellness instead of giving you temporary, symptomatic relief, yet always striving to help you at the level you desire."
Dr. V and Dr. Anna have gone the extra mile and paid the price to be able to offer their patients multiple treatment techniques and a wide range of clinical therapies. They have taken post graduate studies all over the country in various chiropractic techniques, homeopathy nutrition and bio-energetics.
We are living in a toxic world. In 2003, the CDC in Atlanta conducted a nationwide study of 2500 people by studying their blood and urine samples for traces of 116 toxic chemicals. The results were shocking. All 116 chemicals were found in each subject. These chemicals stress the immune system, can act as "endocrine disruptors" and affect the fragile hormonal balance of the body, causing long term effects on your health. The doctors of Health Concepts will help you counteract the effects of our toxic environment, by bringing your system
