"My philosophy
throughout my 30-plus years of teaching has always been to teach real
estate law and theory in such a way that it is enjoyable and makes sense
to the student," said Gaddy. "If they enjoy their time in class,
learning becomes contagious and if the student understands the basic concepts
because they make sense, it makes no difference who writes the question,
they should be able to think their way through it and come up with the
correct answer."
Based on their
examination results, this philosophy has apparently served the students
of The Gaddy School very well.
The school's
2003 schedule has begun with a pre-classification appraisal class as well
as a pre-licensing salesperson class. Gaddy is also producing an audio/video
series of his lectures to be utilized by students for make-up or personal
study purposes.
