The Group will

meet on a monthly basis, the second Wednesday of every month in the Dining

Room of the Rehabilitation Center located on the second floor of South

Fulton Medical Center from at 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. South Fulton Medical

Center is located at 1170 Cleveland Avenue, East Point, Georgia, 30344.

Stroke is the

nation's third leading cause of death and the leading cause of adult disability.

The Rehab Centre at South Fulton Medical Center has provided rehabilitation

excellence since 1992. The center provides physical therapy, occupational

therapy, speech therapy and patient or family education. For more information
