Kellen Winslow, National Football
League Hall of Fame member and former star with the San Diego Chargers,
will be the master of ceremonies.
Terrell Slayton, Georgia's
assistant secretary of State, is keynote speaker.
Program participants include
Peachtree City Mayor Bob Lenox, Fayetteville Mayor Kenneth Steele, Peachtree
City Councilwoman Annie McMenamin, Fayette school Superintendent Dr. John
DeCotis and others.
Last year's event, at Peachtree
City Hall, was so well attended that the celebration had to be moved to
the school to accommodate a larger crowd, Johnson said.
The program will conclude at
noon with a bell ringing ceremony.
