Ravin Homes,
which will complete the homes as they arrive on site in Peachtree City,
is offering a number of options for homebuyers, including such things
as cabinet selection, hardwood floors, jacuzzi tubs, ceramic tile baths,
countertop color selections, and carpet selection.
The Cedarcroft
homes will contain from 1,300 to 2,000 sq. ft., and a variety of ranch
and two-story designs will be available. Completion of the first homes
in the community is expected early next year.
The community's
second phase will consist of 81 homes, while the third and final phase
will have 75 homesites.
