Located halfway

between Greenville and Warm Springs, Graeagle is only one mile from the

airport in Warm Springs. The community is being developed by Labrah Associates.

Some of the

homes in Graeagle will be European designs with stucco exteriors, while

others will have traditional brick exteriors. The community will have

a neighborhood association and a long list of amenities, including a community

activity building, physical fitness facilities, a 33-acre private lake

with a dock and a gazebo, a year round pool and spa, and a scenic area

featuring a fountain.

Graeagle will

have lighted streets and will be served by underground utilities and a

private water system. Yard maintenance and domestic services will be available

for residents.
