Santa comes to the square this weekend

This is the

second year for the "Holiday Open House"

sponsored by downtown merchants and the Main Street

group. The morning begins with a Santa Breakfast at the

Holiday Inn Express and follows with a day of leisurely

shopping.

Sherri

Anderson, director of the Main Street program, said there

will be a drawing for three Christmas collectible

ornaments on the square at noon.

The

handsome brass decorations depict the Courthouse, Starr's

Mill and the Depot.
