program certifies that the builder has met the criteria established

Atlanta homebuyers.

This accolade was earned through a commitment to

offering Atlanta home shoppers a variety of quality homes that

fit every lifestyle. Other honors received include a Silver

Award for Best Building Design - Model, $250,000 to $299,999

and a Gold Award for Best Interior Merchandising -

Model $250,000-$299,999, both for the Jamestown plan at their

Olde Atlanta Club community.
