The five-week class begins on Thursday, Jan. 14, 1999,
and runs through Feb. 11. It will be held Thursday nights from
7-8 p.m. in the Fitness Center, located in the Hospital. The
class costs $50 for Fitness Cneter members and $75 for
non-members. The fee includes the five-week program,
materials, and one-on-one assessment with a fitness specialist prior
to the program, as well as a re-evaluation after the
program's completion. Those interested in joining the Fitness Center
will receive 50 percent off initiation fees.
