Marks-White engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Marks of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Anna Marie Marks, to Michael John White, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim White of Tyrone.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Juan Lopez of Fayetteville, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Windsor of Washington D.C., and the late Robert Marks of Petersberg, Va. She is currently employed as a free-lance animator/graphic designer and illustrator for various companies.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the Mr. and Mrs. Hugh McKee, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ralph White. He is currently employed as a web applications developer at Media Macros, Inc. in Newnan.

The wedding will be Feb. 11, 2012, at St. Mathew’s Catholic church with a reception following at the Hollingsworth House in Fayetteville. The couple will honeymoon on three of the Hawaiian islands.
