The Celebration Choir and Orchestra of McDonough Road Baptist Church in Fayetteville will present “The Best Christmas Ever” Sunday, Dec.4, at 10:55 a.m. and 6 p.m.

“The Best Christmas Ever” shares the experience of the fictional Pyne family that recently moved to Fayetteville just in time for the neighborhood Christmas gathering. As they meet their neighbors and discover new friendships, they also discover the meaning of Christmas, according to Mark Karki, minister of music and worship.

“This is a story of how we can impact people simply by opening up to others and sharing our lives,” Karki said. “There are some funny moments and some honest moments as the Pynes learn that Christmas is more than just a holiday.”

The musical-drama features classic Christmas favorites along with newer Christmas songs.

The church is at 352 McDonough Rd., just past the department of drivers’ services building. Child care is provided. A time of refreshments and fellowship will follow the evening presentation.
