0Susan and Scott Mitchell of Peachtree City announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Nicole Mitchell, to Drake Andrew Osterhage, son of Rebecca and Dennis Osterhage of Fayetteville.
The bride-to-be is a magna cum laude graduate of Georgia Southern University with a B.A. in anthropology. She is now pursuing her M.S. in library and information sciences from the University of North Texas.
The groom-elect is pursuing a B.A. in communication studies at the University of Georgia and has served as president of the International Association of Business Communicators, UGA chapter.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 6, 2011 in Newnan.
