Kickoff is this week for this summer’s WinShape Day camp at Heritage Christian Church in Fayetteville. Registration opened Sunday and will remain open through next Sunday, March 19. This year will mark Heritage’s 10th year for hosting Winshape Camp which will run from July 10 – 14.

WinShape Camp is a week-long day camp experience for all completed first through ninth graders. Cost is $209 for a full week of camp. A deposit of $50 is due upon registration.

The day camp runs from 7:45 a.m. to 4:55 p.m., Monday through Thursday with a Chick-fil-A Family Fun Day from 7:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on Friday. Family Fun day will feature lunch provided by Chick-fil-A.

Families are encouraged to register early as camp filled up last year. Heritage hosted 530 campers in 2016 which was a record number and the maximum for camp.

This year’s theme is “All” (heart, soul, mind and strength), based on Mark 12:30 where Jesus said the greatest commandment was…  “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.”

WinShape Camp aims to connect children in local communities with  a camp experience that combines sports and recreation, arts, Bible study and worship for an unforgettable week of life change.
