8:39 p.m. — Final tally, 9 of 9 precincts reporting:

Charles Rousseau — 2268 (70%)

Angela Bean — 650 (20%)

Peyton Riley — 312 (10%)

All absentee ballots, by mail and in person, have been counted.

A total of 3,234 votes were cast, about a 20% turnout. The district comprises about 15,000 registered voters.
