A former Peachtree City 18-year-old is in need of help from the community with donations to help offset the cost of heart surgery.
McIntosh High School graduate Justin Green faces an upcoming surgery to repair a growing aortic aneurysm.
Liz Green, Justin’s mother, said that $25,000 will be owed after the procedure aside from the amount covered by insurance.
Now residents in the Palmetto area, Liz has set up a donation account on the GoFundMe website.

To date, more than $5,000 of the needed $25,000 has been raised.
