A bid by Scott Bradshaw and Bradshaw Family LLP to annex 28 acres along Ga. Highway 54 in Peachtree City has been withdrawn.
Intended for retail, office and residential development, Bradshaw in an Aug. 11 letter withdrew the annexation and rezoning request that was heard in an Aug. 10 public hearing before the Peachtree City Planning Commission.
Commissioners after the hearing voted unanimously to recommend that the City Council deny the request.
