Fayette Pride

Fayette County’s first Pride celebration, Fayette Pride, will take place in Downtown Fayetteville with Pride Market in Courthouse Square from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm, and Pride Parade marching between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm, passing Pride Market on Stonewall Avenue between 1:15 and 1:20 pm. Pride Market will be home to 39 vendors, 4 food trucks and Main Stage entertainment. Grand Marshal TAYLOR ALXNDR will take the stage after serving as Parade Marshal in Pride Parade. Main Stage lineup includes welcome messages from Mayor Ed Johnson, greetings from Dewayne Queen from the City of Atlanta (Atlanta One), a contingent from the Atlanta Women’s Chorus, Southern Arc Dance, vocalist Chris Pierce, runway contest, dance contest, and more. Pride Parade lineup includes TAYLOR ALXNDR, City Council Member Joe Clark, Atlanta Freedom Bands and Color Guard, Friends of Fayette Humane Society, Southern Crescent Indivisible of Georgia, PFLAG PTC, three churches, ATL Crafts, Southern Harm Roller Derby, and others. When Pride Market closes at 5:00 pm, Pride attendees can visit one of six official After Party venues to continue the celebration: Revival Wine Bar, Gremlin Growlers, Awkward Brewing, Camp Brewing, Line Creek Brewing, and The Hummingbird Room.

Through community, visibility, and celebration, we hope to honor the resilience of those who came before us while helping build a more inclusive future for the next generation.
