0Kudos to Mr. Charles Phillis (The Citizen, Letters to the Editor, July 30, 2014). We came to Peachtree City from south Texas two years ago and rented a golf cart and took a couple of days in what we thought was the most beautiful place we had ever seen, sold our house in Texas and purchased a home here.
“Sunset on Peachtree lake.“ Now what do we have? Weeds and a bunch of folks who were elected to take care of these kind of things.
And what are they doing? Passing the buck, afraid to make a stand.
Come on, people, at least get the dredging started while you can find another consultant to hire.
I miss taking my sweetie to the lake for a sunset.
