As a part of Coweta-Fayette Rotary Club’s month-long Centennial Celebration, the club served lunch to over 30 children and volunteers of the Backpack Buddies Summer FUN camp in Senoia, donated over $1,000 worth of backpacks and school supplies to Eastside Elementary School in Senoia and on behalf of the Rotary Club, Rotarian, Dr. Sean Carr of Carr Eye Care in Newnan, donated $3,000 to Linda Kirkpatrick CEO and Founder of Family Patterns Matter, Inc. to help launch the new non-profit in Coweta County.

Coweta-Fayette Rotary meets on Monday nights at 6:30 p.m. at Senoia Coffee and Café, 1 Main Street Senoia. If you are a servant leader and would like to find out how to join, please call President Ginger Jackson Queener at 770-253-9478, or you can email her [email protected]

You can also see the work that the club is doing by visiting their website at www.cowetafayetterotary.org or Facebook page. They will be hosting their 5th Annual Chassis For Charity Car Show at Junction Lanes on August 24th from 10-3, which is their main fundraiser for service projects such as this.
