Ethelyn Boyd Adams, 91, of Senoia

Ethelyn Boyd “Buddie” Adams, 91, of Senoia, Ga., passed away February 4, 2018.  She was born and raised in Fife, Ga. on November 13, 1926 to the late Fayette and Johnnie. She and her husband lived and raised their family in Fayetteville and owned a wholesale produce business at the State Farmers Market.

Buddie enjoyed playing golf and was a dedicated member of Emanuel Baptist Church of Sharpsburg. She was a mother and friend to all of her family, always the first one to help.

Buddie was preceded in death by her husband, D. H. Adams; son, Dean Adams, and her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Janann (Philip) Duncan; grandchildren, Rick (Renee) Adams, Jon (Jennifer) Adams, Deana (Jason) Bearden, and Scott Duncan; great-grandchildren, Adam, Ansley, Ava, and Ellisha.

There will be a private family service at a later date.
