Peachtree City Police Officer James P. McDowell (L) is presented a plaque for Law Enforcement Officer of the Year from the American Legion Department of Georgia. Officer McDowell was “the Cream of the Crop” of all American Legion law enforcement entries in the entire state of Georgia for 2012.
