It’s almost time for the annual “Art of Green” sidewalk art show in Senoia. And organizers are calling for artists wanting to participate in this year’s event.

The fourth annual “Art of Green” will be held on April 28 and is sponsored by the Cultural Arts Committee of the Senoia Downtown Development Authority. The show features artwork made with recycled and natural materials, items locally grown and produced and work by student artists.

Organizers said 10-foot by 10-foot spaces are available for individual artists and vendors at $30 per space.  Space assignments are made on a first come first served basis. School groups can exhibit free with a 10 percent commission on items sold. Fees and commissions support the Senoia Downtown Development Authority, organizers said.

The deadline for all exhibitor applications is Monday, April 23, at 5 p.m.

The event is always open to the public free of charge and will be located again this year on Main Street in downtown Senoia. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine.

Space can be reserved by contacting Ann Busey at 770-599-3331 or Suzanne Helfman at 770-599-8182 or by downloading an application at www.enjoysenoia.com. Completed applications can be submitted to: Senoia “Art of Green,” P.O. Box 529, Senoia, GA 30276 or stop by the Senoia Welcome Center located at 68 Main Street in Senoia.
