National Night Out is going to be amazing this year, and it happens on Tuesday, August 6, 6 – 7:30 p.m., in the Fayette Pavilion shopping center parking lot behind Fayetteville Fire Station #92. This free event is hosted by Fayetteville Public Safety departments with participation from other local public safety agencies, who will be giving away free prizes, hosting fun activities, and grilling up free food. To top it off, a rescue helicopter from Fayetteville-based Air Evac Lifeteam will fly in for the event.
The biggest event of the summer is the Kick’n Rhythm Festival, featuring live bands, unforgettable soccer experiences, and an epic laser show. It all happens at City Center Park on Saturday, August 10, 4-9 p.m.
The always-free Main Street Movie in the Park returns on Friday, August 23, with a screening of “Jumanji” around sunset at City Center Park.
Fayetteville wraps up the fun-filled month with another Tasty Tuesday on August 27, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Amazing food trucks and free Black Bear Axe Throwing will be on tap along with all the regular amenities of City Center Park.
