A Fayette County man is in jail with no bond set after being charged on Jan. 12 with five counts of child molestation.
Michael D. Gardiner, 53, was charged with five counts of child molestation, according to Fayette County Jail records.
Though little information on Gardiner’s arrest is currently available, Sheriff Barry Babb said the charges involve a juvenile victim known to the family.
Babb added that bond for Gardiner was denied.
The report of Gardiner’s activities that led to the arrest was made on Jan. 11, Babb added.
