Tony Parrott, Board Member of the Fayette County Historical Society, received the 2019 Sarah Nichols Pinckney Volunteer of the Year award from the Georgia Historical Society.
This honor is for his many years of service to the Georgia Historical Society, particularly to the Georgia Historical Marker Program. Elyse Butler, Georgia Historical Society Market Manager presented this prestigious award at the October meeting.
