The public is invited to attend the “HOA Boot Camp” on Oct. 5, hosted by Fayette County Commissioner Charles Rousseau.
Specifically intended for homeowners’ association members, the event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the public meeting room at 140 Stonewall Avenue West in Fayetteville.
Fayette County Clerk Tameca White said the event is designed to be an informational session to benefit homeowner associations and citizens in the community.
Staff representing Environmental Management, Code Enforcement, Tax Assessors, Water System, Public Works, Fire, Environmental Health, the Clerk of Courts and others will be present to provide pertinent information and to lead in audience discussions.
You do not have to be a part of a HOA to attend this event, said White.
Information will be provided and discussions/questions are citizen led.
Free admission and parking are available. Refreshments and box lunches will be provided to all registered attendees.
