Read your story regarding the sewer fee hike and it has me wondering what kind of a scam are they running.
Every summer, my and my neighbors’ water/sewer bill comes and it’s astronomical. Of course we’re using more water for the lawn and plants, but it’s NOT going down the sewer.
What is the sewer authority doing with the “summer windfall”? 90 percent of that increased summer water consumption is NOT making it into the sewer system.
Many counties around the country use a “seasonal averaging” system that takes into account the increased summer landscape usage. Why can’t PTC?
