The Fayette County Water System beginning in July will send important notifications electronically. Customers have the option of signing-up for the service.
Electronic delivery methods include phone calls, text and/or email and will pertain to issues such as emergency boil water notices, delinquent water account notices, annual Consumer Confidence reports and local events.
Water customer can update, add or verify the information delivery method electronically using Citizen Self Service at https://fayette.munisselfservice.com/citizens.
For those who have not set up a Citizen Self Service account, customers can email for following information to [email protected] or mail to P.O. Box 190, Fayetteville, Ga. 30214 : Customer name, service location and account number, along with the preferred delivery methods which include an email address, cell phone number or home phone number.
