First Presbyterian Church in PTC is busy helping hurricane victims. Members collected and packed about 100 emergency hygiene kits to be taken to hurricane sites by Midwest Food Bank, one of First Presbyterian’s local charities. And actually T-Bagger being here undocumented is a CIVIL offense not a criminal one.
