Flipper Chapel VBS set for July 28, 29
Flipper Chapel A. M. E. Church will have Vacation Bible School  July 28 and July 29, at 6:30 p.m. The theme is: Game on — The Winning Game Plan is Jesus!  The church is located at 175 Booker Ave., Fayetteville. The Rev. Kimberly Lyons is the pastor.

Shekinah Glory Fellowship VBS starts Aug. 2
Shekinah Glory Fellowship Center’s end of the summer Vacation Bible School will be held on Wednesday, Aug.  2 through Friday, Aug. 4 from 6 – 8 p.m. at Shekinah Glory Fellowship Center, 1381 Ga. FFUMC will offer GriefShare in August
GriefShare is a program where caring individuals walk with others through the journey of grief. Classes facilitated by Carol and Bill Webb will meet Mondays  at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church from 10 – 11:30 a.m. in Room B-350 beginning Aug. 14 for a 13-week session. Divorce Care starts in August
A new Divorce Care class for those going through, or who have recently been through, a separation or divorce will start at Providence United Methodist Church on Wednesday evening, Aug. 16 at 6:30 p.m., and will meet each Wednesday evening from 6:30 – 8 p.m. until Nov. 8. Ladies’ community Bible study
All ladies at Providence United Methodist Church are invited to Community Bible Study which resumes Sept. 8  with, “Return to Jerusalem,” on Ezra, Nehemiah, Esther, Haggai, Zechariah and  Malachi. Holy Trinity offers Stephen Ministry
Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City offers Stephen Ministry to provide confidential, one-on-one Christian care to people who are going through a difficult time. Catholics as well as non Catholics are eligible to receive care. A Stephen Minister is a well-trained caregiver who listens, cares, prays, and encourages during a time of need.  Care is confidential and free.
