Southland accepts Centers of Excellence Award

Members of Southland Health & Rehabilitation celebrated their dedication and commitment to patients, their families and associates as they accepted a Silver award for Centers of Excellence from Ethica, Patients First.

During the recent award ceremony, Southland was commended on the high point ratings they earned based on survey criteria that focused on six areas of leadership: Survey/Certi cation, Family Satisfaction, Associate Satisfaction, Financial Performance, Quality Measures and Environment.

Ellen Allen also was selected for Director of Nursing of the Year award and Nancy Merrit received the Most Helpful award.
