The 48th annual Miss Pride of Fayette County pageant, returning to the community after a one-year hiatus, is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 18, at Sams Auditorium in Fayetteville. Applications are now being accepted.
The pageant allows young ladies from ages 3 to 18 who are residents of Fayette County to compete for the titles of Tiny Miss Pride (ages 3-5), Little Miss Pride (grades K-2), Young Miss Pride (grades 3-5), Junior Miss Pride (grades 6-8) and Miss Pride (grades 9-12).
Winners will be awarded a crown, custom sash, flowers and the opportunity to represent Fayette County at various charitable and civic events throughout the year.
