William Donald Beam, 88, of Fayetteville passed away on December 18, 2016. He was born in Newnan, Ga. on August 16, 1928, to the late Garfield and Alice Beam of Manchester, Ga.
Donald retired from Williams Printing Company. He was also a member of Fayetteville First Baptist Church. He had a love for planes and trains.
Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Merlene Beam; his son, Michael Joe Beam; and his parents.
He is survived by his daughter, Kathy and Bobby Mote; his grandchildren, Amy (Robert) Higginbotham, Kristy (Craig) Marshall and William Zachary Mote; and five great-grandchildren, Jack, Brady, Addison, Isabelle and Grant.
A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City.
