A repeat of the present political disaster must be prevented from recurring in the future. I am referring, of course, to the Neanderthal vote which was a most unwelcome surprise.
Who knew they would leave their hovels and come, dragging their knuckles, to the ballot box and upset Hillary’s just ascension? It is manifestly unfair that a deplorable illiterati vote should count the same as that of one of our educated elite.
Fortunately the path forward has been blazed by the Democratic Party leadership who created the Superdelegate. Now is the time to begin development of the next phase, that of the Supervoter.
Recall the Orwellian dictum that “All are created equal but some are more equal than others.” By virtue of their superior intelligence, some voters should have more than one vote. Those with college degrees should receive extra ballots to cast: one for a B.A., two for an M.A. and three for a Ph.D.
A multiplier is to be added for those with degrees in the especially enlightened fields such as journalism or political science.
This course of action is much superior to elimination of the Electoral College which could have adverse consequences. Once in place the Supervoter will assure that future election results will be correct.
