Justin C. Austin has earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
For his project, he collected fleece from the community. With the help of many, 140 blankets were made and given to foster care kids in the area.
Austin is the fifth Eagle in his family. His brothers and dad are all Eagle Scouts. He is a member of Troop 208, sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
